I've been with State Farm for decades now, so when I moved to Myrtle, it was easy just to move to another State Farm agency - but I researched my options and chose this one. The main reason is the staff of the agency - as they're the ones I deal with regularly when I need a quote, or a change to a policy, or a question. Kimberly Peebles is a highlight of this agency, and I fully recommend her to anyone looking for a responsive agent. Many times when I'm needing something, it's after hours -- But I can send her an email and I'll have a response when I get up already waiting for me in my inbox. She's friendly, professional, and is knowledgeable -- and keeps your needs in mind when she's working for you. I've had the opportunity to change to a different insurance company -- as I'm getting older and have more options -- but I've stayed with State Farm because of Ms. Peebles. I can't think of a higher review than that."

Even though after the passing of my sister, and the policy couldn't be renewed, she gave expert advice in getting coverage with my military insurance USAA. Very disgusted with the conversation with Kevin. The only one I can say that showed some empathy was the receptionist. Give that lady a raise for putting up with him."
